The Bible and the Words of God’s Prophets are actually the only real NEWSpapers, or NEWSbooks, in the World!–All other newspapers tell you what ALREADY happened YESTERDAY, so they’re not really NEWS papers, they’re HISTORY papers! But the BIBLE tells us what is GOING to happen TOMORROW! It is full of thousands of detailed PROPHECIES, actually describing specific people, places, times, situations and events thousands of years before they came into being! (Isaiah 34:16; 42:9; 2Peter 1:19-21.)

Many of these prophecies are about the FINAL period of World history, just before Jesus returns to stop all of today’s wickedness and to set up His Own Kingdom of Love and Peace on Earth. These last final days of Man’s kingdoms on Earth are known in the Bible as the “TIME OF THE END”, the “LATTER DAYS”, the “LAST DAYS”, etc.–the time in which YOU and I are NOW living! (Daniel 2: 28; 8:23; 12:4.)

When Jesus’ Disciples wanted to know the future and asked Him, “What shall be the SIGN of THY COMING and of the END of the World?”, He didn’t reply with only one sign, but with DOZENS! In fact, the Bible gives us HUNDREDS of “signs of the times”, signs and signals that we are to look out for so that we can know exactly HOW close to the very End we are! (Matthew 24:All)

These signs include: A dramatic upsurge in “famines, pestilences and earthquakes in diverse places” (Matthew 24:7), “the Gospel being preached in ALL the World for a witness to ALL nations” (Matthew 24:14), a drastic increase in international travel, with “many running to and fro, wandering from sea to sea, as knowledge is greatly increased”. (Daniel 12:4; Amos 8:11,12)–A great “falling away” (2Thessalonians 2:3) from the Lord as “evil men and seducers grow worse and worse, deceiving many”. (2Timothy 3:13)–“The love of many growing cold” (Matthew 24:12), resulting in “distress of nations upon the Earth and men’s hearts failing them for fear”! (Luke 21:25,26)–Signs which are all obviously being fulfilled TODAY more than ever before!

One of the most important and final signs of the VERY END that many Prophets predicted is the rise of a totally Godless ANTI-CHRIST WORLD GOVERNMENT led by a demonic dictator who will be possessed by SATAN himself! This man will come to power with a 7-YEAR AGREEMENT, a COVENANT (which COULD be in effect secretly already!) in which he will promise the World peace and religious freedom, and will settle the Mideast crisis, working out a compromise between the Jews and the Arabs to enable the Jews to reinstitute their traditional Temple worship in Jerusalem. (Daniel 8:23-25; 2Thessalonians 2:1-4; Daniel 9:27) Also, the World is ABOUT to go through a great ECONOMIC CRASH!–And HE will promise to RESTORE the economy!

For awhile, most of the World is going to think that this man, the Antichrist, is wonderful, as he will have brought peace, restored the World’s economy, solved the Mideast crisis, etc. But suddenly, toward the end of his reign, after having BROKEN the Covenant, he will INVADE ISRAEL from the NORTH, and will forbid and abolish all traditional religious worship, declaring that HE himself is GOD and demanding that all the World worship HIM! (Daniel 9:27; 8:9-12; 11:21-24,28-31,36; 2Thessalonians 2:3,4,8,9)

At this time he will place an idol, an IMAGE of HIMSELF, in the Temple, an “ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION” which could very likely be some kind of a computerised robot or telecommunications system for his Antichrist regime, as it will SPEAK and somehow even cause those who refuse to worship it to be KILLED! Jesus Himself said that when you SEE this Image, this Abomination of Desolation, standing there in the Temple, THEN would begin a time of “GREAT TRIBULATION”! (Daniel 11:31; 12:11; Matthew 24:15-21; Revelation 13:14,15.)

During the last part of the Antichrist’s reign, people won’t use paper money any more because the Antichrist government is going to set up a ONE-WORLD-CREDIT SYSTEM, and all members of the System who reject Jesus and worship this Antichrist will be issued a credit number, marked in their HANDS or FOREHEADS! The Antichrist government will use this new credit system to try to force everybody to either worship the Antichrist or starve to death, because no one will be able to BUY or SELL without this number or “MARK of the BEAST”!–But GOD’S CHILDREN will REFUSE to worship him or receive his Mark!–And the LORD will take CARE of us, even if He has to drop manna from Heaven to feed us! (Revelation 13:16-18; 12:6,14)

And while the Antichrist and his followers are persecuting and trying to get God’s children, God is going to let loose PESTILENCES and PLAGUES and even strange MONSTERS which will ATTACK these wicked people of the Devil! These days of the Tribulation will be like the last days of the children of Israel in Egypt!–God’s prophets will be doing great and mighty SIGNS, WONDERS and MIRACLES to defend the Gospel and God’s children! (Revelation 7:3; 9:1-11; 11:3-6.)

Near the END of the Tribulation period, 10 “KINGS” will join the Antichrist and together they will DESTROY and “devour with fire BABYLON, the GREAT WHORE”.–A final judgement which, according to many Scriptures, sounds like the 10 leading nations of EUROPE, such as we find in the EUROPEAN ECONOMIC COMMUNITY, uniting with RUSSIA and turning on AMERICA in a nuclear first-strike that will destroy her in ONE HOUR! (Daniel 11:38,39,43; Revelation 17:12,16,17; 18:1-10,17-19.)

The Antichrist’s worldwide suppression and persecution of all who refuse to worship him, plus the horrific Nuclear War, will make this Great Tribulation period a time of TROUBLE such as the World has never known! In fact, Jesus said, “Except those days be shortened (come to an end), there should no flesh be saved. But for the elect’s (Christians’) sake, those days shall be shortened (come to an end).” (Matthew 24:21,22)

Right at the END of the Last 7 Years, just when the fiendish Antichrist thinks he has the World in his grasp, then suddenly–BOOM!–Like a bolt from the blue, JESUS will RETURN and snatch all of His children out of this World! Just after that DARKEST NIGHT in World History we are going to have the BRIGHTEST DAWN!–Jesus is going to come back and rescue His Own, His Church, His people, EVERYONE who loves Him and knows Him and has Him in their hearts! (Matthew 24:29-31)

All of the Christians who have ALREADY died and gone on to be with Jesus will come back with Him to pick up their new, resurrection bodies!–And “the Earth shall cast out her dead!” (Isaiah 26:19) Then we who are alive and remain, having miraculously survived and kept witnessing for Jesus throughout the Antichrist’s reign of terror, will instantly be changed, TRANSFORMED, as we receive our new, miraculous, powerful, supernatural, resurrection bodies–just like JESUS’ body after HE was resurrected!–And up we’ll sail towards the sky, “to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we EVER be with the Lord!” (1Thessalonians 4:14-17; 1Corinthians 15:51-57; Philippians 3:21.)

All of our anti-Christ enemies will be SHOCKED as they see the Lord coming in the clouds of Heaven with power and great glory, lighting up the whole sky like permanent lightning!–The powers of the Heavens shaken!–The Lord descending with a great shout!–A terrific blast on the trumpet of God!–Graves of the Saints bursting open as the dead are raised!–And all of God’s children who are still alive transformed before their eyes, flying upwards to meet Jesus! “EVERY eye shall SEE Him and ALL the kindreds of the Earth shall WAIL because of Him!” (Matthew 24:27-31; Revelation 1:7.)

Jesus will come back to catch His Bride, His Church, out of the evil clutches of the Enemy and then whisk us away to the grandest, most glorious and thrilling wedding party that’s ever been held, the great MARRIAGE SUPPER OF THE LAMB in Heaven!–At which time we will feast our eyes upon the spectacle of God’s Judgements being poured out upon the unrepentant, wicked World below! Right after the Lord has rescued and raptured us to be with Him, the horrific Vials of the great WRATH OF GOD are going to be poured out upon the Antichrist and his people in horrible, terrible PLAGUES such as the World has never known! (Revelation 19: 6-9; 14:14-20; 16:11-21.)

God’s going to pour out His Judgements and horrors and Wrath upon the Antichrist and his forces to punish and sock it to them with what they deserve!–Until the FINAL Wrath of all, when the wicked gather together at ARMAGEDDON in Israel to try to fight the remaining nations of Earth, who though unsaved, are still trying to resist his evil rule! Then JESUS HIMSELF, along with His resurrected, glorified, Heavenly forces, will return to Earth again on majestic white chargers out of Heaven to utterly defeat and destroy the Antichrist and utterly annihilate his forces in the supernatural, catastrophic BATTLE OF ARMAGEDDON, and to rescue the unsaved people who were opposing him! Though they were never saved, Jesus will mercifully allow them to live on into the coming Golden Age of the Millennium so they can have a chance to know Him and believe on Him! (Revelation 9:13-21; 16:12-16; 19:11-21; 17:14; 16:12-21; Daniel 12:12.)

Then we, the Saints of God, along with our King Jesus Christ, will TAKE OVER the World and ORGANISE it and RULE it and RUN it the way it SHOULD have been run if Man had yielded to God! We’re going to set up the Kingdom of God on Earth and restore the Earth to the beauty of the Garden of Eden again! This amazing period will last for ONE THOUSAND YEARS and therefore it is known as THE MILLENNIUM! (Daniel 2:44; 7:18,26,27; Revelation 20:4)

He says, “Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the FIRST Resurrection (the Rapture): On such the second death hath no power, but they shall be PRIESTS of God and of Christ, and shall REIGN with Him a THOUSAND YEARS!” (Revelation 20:6) Jesus also promised to His faithful ones, “He that OVERCOMETH, and KEEPETH My works unto the End, to him will I give POWER over the NATIONS (of surviving unsaved people): And he shall RULE them with a ROD OF IRON (authority).” (Revelation 2:26,27)

The DEVIL will be BOUND and cast as a prisoner into the Bottomless Pit for this Thousand Year period, and GOD is going to be SUPREME and JESUS will REIGN from shore to shore and WE will rule and reign WITH Him!–And those who live on into the Millennium will be FORCED to do what’s right and forced to obey for a thousand years! Then and ONLY then, under the supreme and powerful rule and reign of Christ and God’s children, will all wars finally cease and the World will at last be governed fairly and well with TRUE justice, liberty, peace, plenty and happiness for ALL! (Revelation 20:1-3; Isaiah 2:2-4; Psalm 22:27,28; 42:2,3,7,8)

The CURSE will be partially LIFTED, which will mean a lot of different and better conditions.–The Earth will be like it was during the days of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden! “And NOTHING shall HURT nor DESTROY in all His holy Kingdom!”–No more stinking automobiles belching fumes, nor big smokey smoke-belching factories! The World is going to go back to animal transportation and carriages and wagons and beautiful, majestic, wind-powered sailing vessels! (Isaiah 11:6-9; 65:2O-25)

During the Millennium, WE–the born-again, saved, resurrected Saints–will be in our new SUPERNATURAL BODIES, with amazing miraculous powers such as indestructibility, no pain, sickness or death, but power to destroy enemies at a thought or a glance or a motion, the abilities to appear and disappear, fly, change our appearance into inscrutable disguises to spy on our enemies and invade their most secret hideouts and even their very thoughts with our mind-reading ability and x-ray eyes to see through walls and across vast stretches of distance to detect their plans and operations! Meanwhile we can communicate with each other by mental telepathy without speaking a word, even over great distances, etc., whereas our enemies will have none of these advantages, so it will be fairly easy to rule over them with the wisdom, power, justice and love of Jesus and His personal leadership!

But the REST of the World, those who have been spared and blessed enough to survive into the Millennium, are going to still be in their old NATURAL bodies. EVERYONE on Earth will SEE His glorious power and Kingdom and EVERYBODY will believe THEN! So there won’t be any UNBELIEVERS, but I’m afraid there will still be some UNRECEIVERS who won’t yield and won’t obey and will STILL be stubborn and rebellious and defiant! These wicked rejectors will probably move to distant corners of the Earth in order to live independent of Jesus’ benign rule, and as long as they do not bother the receivers–the GOOD citizens of Jesus’ Kingdom–we will leave them to their own devices. (Habakkuk 2:14; Isaiah 29:18, 19;32:1; 4O:5)

Then, as a final TEST and a final SIFTING, at the end of the Millennium, Satan is going to be RELEASED from his prison in the heart of the Earth for a “little season”, just long enough to deceive the unconverted wicked who have rejected Christ’s Kingdom of Love. These rebels will again follow him to the full, in open rebellion against the Lord and His Government, and will attack “the Camp of the Saints”, the normal Earthlings who are citizens of Jesus’ Millennial Kingdom. This will result in the catastrophic BATTLE OF GOG AND MAGOG, at which point God is so fed up with them that He just sends down FIRE out of Heaven to DEVOUR them COMPLETELY! (Psalm 2:All; Isaiah 26:9-11; Revelation 2O:7-1O.)

In fact, He will cause SUCH a horrible fire to come down that it will completely wipe out the entire Earth and the heavens shall be rolled back like a scroll and depart with a great noise! It’s all going to explode and be burned up, and the entire surface of this planet is going to be completely melted. After the World has been totally cleansed, it will be RECREATED into a beautiful NEW Earth! (2Peter 3:1O-13)

After this climactic Battle of Gog and Magog, all the UNsaved of all ages will be resurrected for the final GREAT WHITE THRONE JUDGEMENT! All of the UNSAVED DEAD will finally be raised to stand before God Himself in the final Judgement in which “the books are opened”, and they will all be given their final sentences according to their works and will be assigned to their final places in the hereafter. (Revelation 2O:11-15) God’s great Heavenly SPACE CITY will then DESCEND from above to the beautiful, recreated, Garden-of-Eden-like NEW EARTH!–And God Himself will dwell WITH us right here on Earth! It will be like God taking over the World by invading it from Outer Space–bringing down His Heavenly City and restoring Himself as the King of kings forever! This great Space City is 1,5OO MILES LONG, 1,5OO MILES WIDE and 1,5OO MILES HIGH!–The greatest space vehicle ever created, the most wonderful Spaceship ever conceived, built by the LORD and on its way down to Earth now! (Revelation 21:All!)

The ENTIRE “CITY is PURE GOLD, like unto CLEAR GLASS”! (Revelation 21:18) It’s like clear golden-colored glass, a beautiful CRYSTAL GOLD! So you’ll be able to see out of the City through those transparent walls, out onto a beautiful, fully-restored and recreated New Earth which will be populated by NEW NATIONS and kings and peoples who will then learn the righteousness, goodness and love of God, even though they will be OUTSIDE the Golden City and its jewelled walls! (Revelation 21:1,24-26)

It will be a BETTER WORLD then with BETTER PEOPLE who will have learned their lessons of the law of the Love of God and will be happier than ever before, because at last they will be purged and purified of their sins of rebellion against Him and healed by the LEAVES of the TREES OF LIFE which WE shall minister to them from where they grow by the RIVER OF LIFE within the City! (Revelation 22:1,2)

Only the MOST wicked of all, such as Satan, the Antichrist, his False Prophet and their most ardent Christ-rejecting followers, will have been sent to the Lake of Fire to be punished and purged of their diabolical rebelliousness! If they repent even there, perhaps they may be released and allowed to live on the surface of the New Earth. But if they do NOT repent, God may see fit to just completely DESTROY them! (Revelation 21:8; 22:14,15; Philippians 2:1O,11; 1Timothy 2:4; Ephesians 1:1O; 2Peter 2:12)

Some of this may be a shock to you, but it’s the TRUTH of GOD’S WORD! You can read it in the Bible for yourself if you wish, if you truly want to know the things that will shortly come to pass and if you hunger for the righteousness of God and thirst for His living waters that bring Eternal Life through His Love and the sacrifice of His Son, Jesus Christ! For He has promised that if you DO, you TOO shall be filled and satisfied to overflowing upon others who need Him also! Hallelujah! (John 5:29; Acts 17:11; Matthew 5:6.)

So if YOU want a NEW WORLD and a NEW LIFE under a new GOOD GOVERNMENT by GOD HIMSELF and would even like to help run it with peace and plenty and happiness for all, why not ASK JESUS into YOUR HEART today and JOIN US NOW and work with us to tell the World of His Love and show them what a wonderful World it’s going to be from the Bible and your own happy smiling face and heavenly living together in love, a present-day sample of the Heaven to come! The Signs Of The End

As events unfold in the third millennium, many of us can’t help but wonder what the future holds for us and our planet. Are we on the threshold of a brave New World Order, with “peace and plenty for all”? Or are we tottering on the brink of unprecedented chaos and disaster?

Biblical prophets foretold many specifics about today’s world. Their predictions, now two to three thousand years old, accurately depict conditions and events that have either already taken place or will soon—quite possibly during our lifetime.

Among those prophecies are descriptions of modern rapid transportation systems, today’s unprecedented increase in world travel, the present explosion in knowledge of all kinds, technological advances such as electronic banking, a soon-to-be-implemented global financial and identification system, the effects of global warming, and outbreaks of lethal epidemics.

Living Waters

KNOW THE FUTURE!

THE BIBLE and the words of God’s prophets are actually the only real newspapers or news books in the world! All other newspapers tell you what already happened yesterday, so they are not really newspapers, they are history papers! But the Bible tells us what is going to happen tomorrow. It is full of thousands of detailed prophecies, describing specific people, places, times, situations and events thousands of years before they came into being. (See Isaiah 34:16; 42:9; 2Peter 1:19-21.)
Many of these prophecies are about the final period of world history just before Jesus will return to put an end to all of today’s injustices and to set up His own kingdom of love and peace on earth. These last final days of man’s kingdoms on earth are known in the Bible as the “Time of the End,” the “Latter Days,” the “Last Days,” etc.–the time in which you and I are now living! (See Daniel 2:28; 8:23; 12:4.)

One-World Government
One of the most important and final signs of the very end that many prophets have predicted is the rise of a totally anti-God world government led by a demonic dictator known as the “Beast” or the Antichrist, who will be possessed and controlled by Satan himself. This man will come to power with a seven-year agreement, a “covenant,” in which he will promise world peace and religious freedom. He will also be instrumental in rescuing the world from its present worsening economic crisis, which many predict will soon escalate into a full-scale global financial crash.
For a while, most of the world will hail the Antichrist as a political savior; he will have brought peace, restored the world’s economy, solved the Middle East crisis, etc. But suddenly, three-and-a-half years after the enactment of the seven-year covenant, he will repudiate it, and will forbid and abolish all traditional religious worship, declaring that he himself is God and demanding that all the world worship him! (See Daniel 9:27; 8:9-12; 11:21-24,28-31,36; 2Thessalonians 2:3,4,8,9; Revelation 13:2-7.)
At this time, Scripture indicates he will place an extraordinary idol, an image of himself, in the rebuilt Jewish temple in Jerusalem, referred to in the Bible as the “Abomination of Desolation.” This could very likely be a high-tech computerized robot or a telecommunications system for his global regime, as it will speak and somehow even cause those who refuse to worship it to be killed. Jesus Himself said that when you see this image, this Abomination of Desolation, standing there in the temple, then would begin a time of “Great Tribulation”–a terrible persecution of those who refuse to submit to the Antichrist’s regime and worship him. (See Daniel 11:31; 12:11; Matthew 24:15-21; Revelation 13:14,15.)

The Mark of the Beast–666!
During the Tribulation period–the second half of the Antichrist’s seven-year reign–his government will adopt a universal credit system, replacing the cash system presently used. He will require that everyone be issued a credit number, referred to in the Bible as the “Mark of the Beast.” This mark will most likely be a microchip, containing everyone’s personal identification, medical and financial records, etc., which will be implanted under the skin of their right hand or forehead. (See Revelation 13:16-18.) The technology for such a chip and credit system already exists and according to news reports is presently being tested in some American and European cities! (See an upcoming Living Waters issue for more fascinating details on this!)
The Antichrist government will use this new credit system to try to force everybody to worship the Antichrist or face starvation, because no one will be able to buy or sell without it. But the followers of God will refuse to worship him or receive his “mark.”–And the Bible promises that the Lord will take care of them, even if He has to supernaturally drop bread from the heavens to feed them! (See Revelation 12:6,14.)

Jesus Returns!
Seven years after the Antichrist’s rise to power, and exactly 3-1/2 years after he breaks the “covenant” and imposes his “mark,” Jesus will suddenly return “in the clouds of heaven, with power and great glory.” Jesus will snatch all of His children–those who believe on Him and who have received Him in their hearts–out of this world in this climactic event commonly referred to as the Rapture. Just after that darkest night in world history we are going to have the brightest dawn! (Matthew 24:29-31.)
All of God’s saved children will be instantly changed, transformed, as they receive new, miraculous, powerful, supernatural, “resurrection bodies”–just like Jesus’ body after He was resurrected! We’ll be supernaturally taken up, “to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord!” (1Thessalonians 4:14-17; 1Corinthians 15:51-57; Philippians 3:21).

Armageddon
Shortly after rapturing His children from this earth, Jesus Himself, along with His resurrected, glorified, heavenly forces, will return from Heaven on what the prophet described as supernatural white horses, to utterly defeat and destroy the Antichrist and totally annihilate his forces in the catastrophic Battle of Armageddon. At this time, Jesus and His forces will also rescue the unsaved people who were resisting the bestial Antichrist. Though they had not previously believed in and received Jesus, those who resisted the Antichrist–perhaps because of their own religious convictions–will live on into the coming Golden Age of one thousand years of Christ’s reign on Earth, when they will all be given a chance to know and love Him. (See Revelation 9:13-21; 19:11-21; 17:14; 16:12-21.)

God’s New World Order
Then we, the followers of God, along with our King, Jesus Christ, will take over the world and organize it and rule it and run it the way it should have been run if man had yielded to God! We are going to set up the Kingdom of God on Earth and restore the earth to the peace and beauty of the Garden of Eden. This amazing period will last for one thousand years and is therefore known as the Millennium. (See Daniel 2:44; 7:18,26,27; Revelation 20:4.)

Space City
At the end of the Millennium, God’s great heavenly city will descend from above to the Earth, which will have been recreated into a beautiful Garden-of-Eden-like paradise.–And God Himself will dwell with us right here on earth! It will be like God taking over the world by invading it from outer space–bringing down His heavenly city and restoring Himself as the King of kings forever! This great “Space City” is 1,500 miles long, 1,500 miles wide and 1,500 miles high! (See Revelation 21 and 22.)
It will be a better world, with better people who will have learned to live by God’s loving laws and will be happier than ever before. Only the most wicked of all, such as Satan, the Antichrist, his false prophet and their most ardent Christ-rejecting followers will have been sent to the Lake of Fire to be punished and purged of their diabolical rebelliousness!

Some of this may astonish you, but it’s the truth from God’s Word! You can read it in the Bible for yourself if you wish, if you truly want to know the things that will shortly come to pass!–You’ll be fascinated with the future that awaits God’s children! God bless you and keep you to the end!

Beware of “Earth Day” Fall-Out!

The Earth flag is not an official flag, since there is no official governing body over Earth. The flag holds a photo transfer of a NASA image of the Earth on a dark blue background. It has been associated with Earth Day. Virtually everyone favors an environment that is clean and healthful for human existence. Most also desire the conservation of areas of natural and scenic beauty for man’s use and enjoyment both now and for generations to come.
However, the organizations that comprise the modern environmental movement have become increasingly monolithic in outlook. Especially in the 20 years since the first “Earth Day,” all have become heavily involved in lobbying, litigation, political activism and scaremongering designed to impose their extreme preservationist ideology on the entire nation through ever greater governmental control and regulation of land and resources.
With media coverage reaching the saturation point on April 22, 1990, many hundreds of thousands of Americans celebrated the 20th anniversary of Earth Day by cleaning up beaches and roadsides, and planting trees.
The May 5 issue of Human Events, a Washington-based weekly, covered the Earth Day celebration in that city where movie, TV and rock stars greeted a crowd of around 100,000.
Most of the speakers and organizers came from the portside (left) of the ideological spectrum, preaching collectivism, the value of a no-growth society, disarmament and the pagan notion that “human beings have no more rights than animals and plants.”
Quarterly Report II of Patrick Buchanan’s From the Right Newsletter, mailed May 17, 1990, was written by Llewellyn H. Rockwell, Jr. In his report, Rockwell exposes the environmental movement in these words:
Like socialism, environmentalism combines utopianism, statism, and an atheistic religion. But it ups the ante. Marxism at least professed a concern for human beings; environmentalism harks back to a Godless, manless, and mindless Garden of Eden.
In holy scripture, God told us to `fill the earth and subdue it, and rule over the fishes of the sea, and the fowls of the air, and all living creatures that move upon the earth, for they are ours to feed upon.’ …Thus any philosophy that equates man with animals or plants, or subordinates him to nature, is a heresy of astounding proportions.”
According to Rockwell:
“If the environmentalists were merely noisy lobbyists, we would not have to worry. But they seek to use government, and even a World government, to achieve their chilling vision.”
In the Denver Post of April 20, Michael Rosen stated:
“Twenty years from now, if the eco-freaks haven’t taken over the World, the environmental hysteria of the 1990s may go down in history as one of the all-time great frauds. The public-relations success of environmental alarmists can be credited to their guile in extracting a pound of lie from an ounce of truth.”
Such highly publicized crises as those involving global warming and the “greenhouse effect,” acid rain, and ozone depletion are based on incomplete data and questionable logic. The true aim is not a cleaner environment, but a Socialist environment.
In his Report of March 9, 1990, Don Bell declared:
“National sovereignty and defense have always stood in the way of forming a World government. But if global defense (environmentalism) can be promoted instead, then the people and their governments will more readily accept global government. And if the World Court can be given absolute authority to enforce laws established by other UN agencies, then World government is possible. And through demand for global protection against pollution, Earth warming, etc., people will welcome the surrender of national sovereignty and defense.”
In conclusion: World government by definition would mean the abolition of the United States of America.

Does HIV Really Cause AIDS?

Over five years ago, Berkeley biologist Peter Duesberg stunned and infuriated the scientific community by insisting that the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) does not cause AIDS. He was so certain, he said, he would volunteer to be injected with it.
Duesberg’s critique of the HIV-AIDS theory began with the observation that HIV is a latent, inactive, and barely present virus. This virus, he said, which infects only an insignificant amount of immune cells, could not possibly explain the total immune devastation seen in AIDS, and he claimed that something else, possibly the widespread use of recreational drugs, chronic promiscuous male homosexual activity, parasitic infections or malnutrition must be the real culprits.
Over the years, his has not been the only voice of dissent in the HIV debate, but it has been the loudest, most persistent and most credible one.
Who is this man that dares to challenge the entire medical establishment, & has offered to be inoculated with the HIV virus to prove that it does not cause AIDS? Dr. Duesberg has been a molecular biologist at the University of California at Berkeley since 1964, a member of the prestigious National Academy of Science, one of the world’s most respected retro-virologists and is the first person to draw a genetic map of a retrovirus.
Impressed? Many of the members of the medical research establishment once were before he opposed their pet theories about HIV & AIDS. They now call him an academic jerk, & refuse to continue the funding for his research after 22 years of continuous support.
If Duesberg is right, the federal medical establishment is wrong. And if their seven-year old hypothesis that the HIV virus causes AIDS is wrong, thousands more will become the ultimate victims of what Duesberg believes is a co-factor associated with drugs and/or malnutrition. “Duesberg is a thorn in the side of the establishment for the simple reason that he”, as one of his colleagues said, “probably knows more about retroviruses than any man alive.”
In the last two years, with intensity and attention that ebbs and flows, the scientific community, media and AIDS community have been embroiled in an often confused and visceral catfight over Duesberg. As one of the most controversial figures in AIDS, he is both admired and scorned, depending on whether you’re willing to entertain the possibility that he is right.
Duesberg’s critique of HIV is massive, and in parts complex, and although several scientists have taken a stab at debunking him, he says none have succeeded.
Meanwhile, the “implications” of his critique have been frowned upon by journalists and health care workers alike, who insist that Duesberg is irresponsible “for confusing the public” and discouraging AIDS patients from taking the anti-HIV drug AZT. Dr. Duesberg says that AZT, which is a chemical therapy which allegedly combats AIDS, was developed exclusively to kill bone marrow cells & lymphocytes, the only known result of which is to terminate life.
Concerning the use of AZT against AIDS, another respected scientist, Dr. Robert Root-Bernstein, who is a professor of physiology at Michigan State University, said the following: “AZT is like any chemotherapy, for example those that are used for treating cancer patients. I use an analogy which I think is quite accurate, which is the following. It’s like having rats in your barn. You go into the barn and you set fire to the straw to drive the rats out and then you hope you can put the fire out before the barn goes up in flames. That’s the risk you’re taking whenever you do cancer chemotherapy and AZT is the same way. In the long term it’s not going to save anybody.” In other words, if the HIV virus does not kill you, which is debatable, AZT surely will.
At the peak of his frustration over Duesberg, Dr. Robert Gallo, a leading AIDS researcher who claims to be the co-discoverer” of HIV, but who in an ironic twist of events has seen his reputation tarnished lately, blurted out that Duesberg’s theory, and his emphasis on alternate causes, is …”cock and bullshit…,” and assured the public that HIV killed like a truck.” Dr. Mathilde Krim sighed and told SPIN: “It’s true, we cannot prove that HIV causes AIDS, and Dr. Duesberg cannot prove that it doesn’t. That’s science.” To this Duesberg responded, “You can never prove a negative, but you can prove a positive. And those that claim the credit for the discovery of HIV as the cause of AIDS–those who sell test kits, who treat AIDS with AZT, which is in itself very dangerous–carry the burden of the proof. Not those who ask, ‘where is the evidence?'”
Eventually, things started to change, slowly at first, and then in big sweeps. Today, researchers are quoted regularly saying that “co-factors seem to be necessary in the development of AIDS.” Gallo himself came up with a new herpes virus that he said worked in conjunction with HIV and which explained the loss of T-cells, clearly not brought on by HIV.
In January this year, the New York Times reported on its front page that one of the three major AIDS diseases, “Kaposi’s Sarcoma, is not caused by HIV, but by an as yet unidentified infectious agent. Researchers had arrived at this by studying men with the cancer who had no trace of HIV. People with KS were now told that they may not have AIDS at all. Researchers were quoted as saying that they always wondered about this,” and needed to keep an open mind,” apparently forgetting that Gallo and other scientists wrote elaborate research papers demonstrating how HIV causes Kaposi, even though it has never been found in the cancer.
AIDS started with Kaposi’s Sarcoma, appearing primarily in gay men, and eventually afflicting nearly half of all gay men with AIDS. Today the figure is 21 percent of AIDS classified cases in gay men. How many people have been put on AZT for a disease which now, 10 year later, is said not to be AIDS but a whole new sexually transmitted disease”?
All of a sudden, the HIV theory isn’t so solid. Here is a new agent, not a virus, that is also capable of causing what appears to be AIDS. The tragic question is how many lives could have been saved had the AIDS establishment been open to other theories and alternative research from the beginning?
Another blow that shook the HIV establishment was the 70,000-word expos on “Dr. Gallo, co-discoverer” of HIV, published late last year in the Chicago Tribune. The piece, which detailed, among other things, how Gallo may have stolen credit for the discovery of HIV from Dr. Luc Montagnier in Paris, triggered a long overdue skepticism in the people who are running AIDS  research.
The article, which apparently took two years to complete, struck so hard that Congress has launched a full-scale investigation into the allegations of scientific fraud and misconduct of Gallo and his lab workers. Issues were raised in the article that, “if proven true, are professionally unacceptable at best, and illegal at worst,” said a spokesman for Congressman John Dingell’s Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations.
It is ironic, against this backdrop, that Duesberg has been singled out as the black sheep of AIDS research. We caught up with him in his UC Berkeley lab, where he worked intently through the weekend, clad in white and peering through plastic safety glasses at strips of rubbery DNA gells, glowing pink on an ultraviolet lit table. His manner is bubbly for a scientist, and he speaks with a distinct German accent. The phone rings regularly, and Duesberg darts back and forth between the phone and cutting blocks of DNA from his slab of gel. Finally, he settles down and we have this talk:

SPIN: Since our first interview two and a half years ago you’ve taken a lot of heat. Are you still as convinced as you were then that HIV is not the cause of AIDS?
Yes, more than ever.
 Now that it has been reported that one of the most common AIDS diseases, Kaposi’s Sarcoma, is not caused by HIV, do you think this is a breaking point in the HIV debate?
No, I’m sure they will recover and say there are two types of Kaposi’s Sarcoma or that it’s a cofactor, or something.
It’s unbelievable what information you can feed 250 million Americans, provided it comes from the “right” sources. Even the science writers don’t criticize, don’t ask questions: They just follow every little move the AIDS establishment makes. What’s worse is that the HIV establishment–which couldn’t get enough of saying how “off the wall” I was, how “pernicious,” “dangerous,” “irresponsible,” “attention-seeking,” “leather-jacketed,” “homophobic,” “homosexual,” all of these words, for, among other points, questioning how one of the major AIDS diseases, Kaposi’s, is caused by HIV–these same people are now saying that for years they have wondered about this.
So they said that the immune deficiency caused by HIV paved the way for this process to take place?
Well, that is the major implication, which I have challenged all along. That is one of the biggest misconceptions in that field to begin with. Cancer is not caused by immune deficiency. That theory essentially died with a little animal called the nude mouse. The nude mouse doesn’t have an immune system, so if that theory were correct, the nude mouse would get cancer all the time. But it doesn’t have any more cancer than the rest. That’s why immuno-therapy against cancer has never worked.
Immunotherapy against cancer was a favored hypothesis by big minds–like George Klein, who in his keynote speech at the AIDS conference in Stockholm called me a “charlatan.” He wrote that in the Journal of AIDS Research as well, but I wrote a letter asking him to retract unless they could prove that I am a charlatan. I am trying to claim damages for this, you see. The queen of Sweden was there at the conference, and she hasn’t talked to me since. She never talked to me before either, but who knows? Maybe she would have.
But back to the other issue: with Kaposi’s Sarcoma gone, we should have a new definition of AIDS again, shouldn’t we? All this time the HIV-AIDS hypothesis proponents have only asked how HIV causes KS. Now suddenly they’re quoted for wondering whether the cancer is caused by HIV. I raised this question persistently. How can they be justifying AZT treatment, which was solely based on the virus hypothesis, if they don’t know what the cause is? How can that be justified, if all of these people in one stroke changed their minds after one paper?
You said that Dr. Luc Montagnier [discoverer of HIV] has said that you are essentially right. Tell me about that.
That’s right. I’m currently in a debate with him in the Journal of Research in Immunology. They’ve asked me to debate the cause of AIDS with him in what they call a mutual interview. He hasn’t responded yet, but I heard from two sources, one from the NIH, that Montagnier told John Crewdson [author of the Chicago Tribune expos on Gallo]  that he agrees with me–that the virus is not sufficient to cause AIDS.
   It says that you have …”outraged health-care workers by suggesting that AIDS patients abandon treatment with drugs meant to control the virus, and by claiming that, in fact, heterosexuals need not use condoms or change their sexual practices.”
Yes, I mean, I have said there is no proof that HIV is the cause of AIDS, and it’s just a hypothesis which I consider unlikely on top of it, but certainly it’s not more than a hypothesis. Why should I give this hypothesis preference over the hypothesis that we’re going to be invaded by Martians next week? Why shouldn’t we spend money in building an interplanetary system to protect us from the Martian invasion? I think I have the same right to call them irresponsible for not participating in this interplanetary defense system to keep the Martians out of this planet.
No, seriously speaking, why doesn’t anybody think they are irresponsible for giving AZT when they don’t even know what it’s doing–when they don’t know if the virus is causative, or even if it is, how AZT could be working against an inactive virus. Here they are involved in scientific fraud charges–Gallo, Baltimore and others–and I’m the one who gets called “irresponsible” all the time.
And what about the activists? How do you feel when they say that you’re “homophobic” for saying that AIDS could be caused by environmental or behavioral factors? Are you in fact, making a moralistic judgment on gays when you say this?
I want to know what homophobic means, actually.
That you have an intrinsic distaste for gay people, and you’re biased by that.
But homo” means human. Intrinsic distaste for humans?” I mean, I feel that way a lot lately, I guess. (laughs)
No, but seriously, how do you respond?
Well, if I were so homophobic, why would I care how they die? If I wanted them to die, I would promote Fauci and Broder’s AZT therapy program. I don’t think they are logical. If I were homophobic, I would say HIV causes AIDS and they’re spreading it, wouldn’t I? Nothing is more homophobic than saying AIDS is caused and spread by this virus.

The Council on Foreign Relations

Suppose a single, privately-run organization made up of only 2,556 persons could boast that 348 of its members were U.S. government officials? Wouldn’t you want to know about it?
Suppose that same organization’s members dominated the nation’s mass media, banks, multi-national corporations, colleges and universities, even the military?
And suppose the members of this small but extremely influential group were responsible for a parade of foreign policy disasters in China, Korea, Vietnam, Nicaragua, Panama, Cuba and Africa? Wouldn’t you want to know who these individuals are and what their agenda for the 1990s might be?–They’re known as the Council on Foreign Relations, or CFR in short.
The CFR’s quarterly journal, Foreign Affairs, brazenly called for “World government” at the expense of the independence of the United States as far back as December 1922. Repeatedly airing this subversive goal, Foreign Affairs published its most explicit yearning for the destruction of an independent United States in a 1974 article entitled “The Hard Road to World Order.” It boldly advocated an end run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece.
Today, under President George Bush, 348 CFR members (out of a total CFR membership of only 2,556) serve as U.S. government officials. Once a member of the organization’s board of directors, the President remains a friend of the CFR.
When the Chinese Communist leaders drenched Tiananmen Square with the blood of student demonstrators, CFR member Henry Kissinger led a chorus of foreign policy experts” urging the U.S. not to apply sanctions against the Peking regime. Mr. Bush said that our relationship with China must continue even in the face of the massacre.
Within a month of the savagery in Peking, two of the highest ranking Bush Administration officials (Deputy Secretary of State Lawrence Eagleburger and National Security Advisor Brent Scowcroft–both CFR veterans) secretly journeyed to Peking to reassure the Chinese murderers that U.S.-China relations would proceed on a business-as-usual-basis. And Chinese leader Deng Xiaoping accurately predicted that his use of tanks and troops against unarmed young people would soon be forgotten and the West would continue dealing with his government. He was right!
Most Americans are completely unaware of the CFR’s influence. The reason? They rely on the nation’s mass media for their information. The CFR has achieved a frightening dominance in all areas of mass communication. The organization’s own Annual Report notes that 271 of its members are journalists, correspondents and communications executives.
CFR members hold publishing and editing positions at such magazines as Newsweek, Time, U.S. News and World Report, Readers Digest, Harpers, National Review, and Insight. They can also be found among the top officials of the New York Times, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Wall Street Journal, and numerous other newspapers. Top executives of ABC, CBS and NBC are CFR members. And among the on-air personalities whose names can be found on the CFR roster are Dan Rather, Tom Brokaw, David Brinkley, John Chancellor, Daniel Schorr, Bill Moyers, William F. Buckley, Jr., George Will, Jim Lehrer, Diane Sawyer, and Barbara Walters. Several of these well-known television stars have proudly indicated how heavily they rely on CFR publications for their perspective on World events.
The Council denies repeatedly that it establishes positions on the issues affecting the U.S. and the World. Its spokesmen claim that the organization is merely a sounding board for important discussion. But what actually goes on at CFR meetings remains a closely guarded secret. This is so because it is an express condition of membership that any disclosure of what transpires behind the CFR’s closed doors constitutes grounds for termination of membership. What is known, however, is the CFR’s enthusiastic endorsement of the “New World Order!”
